As a Vice President of the Strategic Resource Group (SRG) and Head of Sustainability, Brett is responsible for leading THL’s comprehensive ESG efforts at both the firm level and across the portfolio.

Before joining the THL team, Brett held several ESG roles at MSCI Inc., most recently as Executive Director, where he led several strategic ESG client partnerships and a team dedicated to ESG and climate strategy for many of the leading asset managers in the US. He sees sustainability as a business imperative, and enjoys working across a multidisciplinary team to address complex challenges. Outside of the office, Brett enjoys cycling with friends to bakeries, planning scavenger hunts for his family and climbing the stairs at the Harvard Stadium.
