As a Principal in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Ben primarily focuses on researching subsectors and investment theses, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, and working closely with portfolio companies on strategy and operations. Ben is currently a Director for Ashling Partners, Bynder and inriver.

Before joining the THL team, Ben worked as a private equity and growth equity investor at SoftBank and Apax Partners. He started his career at Barclays in banking and trading.

Outside the office, Ben loves to travel, play tennis, and watch documentaries.
