As a Managing Director, Jordan is focused on lower middle market software buyouts for the Automation Fund. He has over 25 years of experience, specializing in evaluating and leading majority-controlled investments in enterprise software companies in the US and Europe.  Additionally, he is an active member of the Technology team driving investments, fostering mentorship and contributing thought leadership across the team and portfolio.

Before joining the THL team, Jordan worked as a Partner at Battery Ventures where he invested in enterprise software and data companies. He was also previously an executive at two separate infrastructure software companies. In his spare time, he has focused on education initiatives, including active support for multiple schools and fundraising for Boston Partners in Education through the Rodman Ride for Kids and the Boston Marathon.  He lives near Boston and spends countless hours with his wife spectating on the sidelines of his kids’ activities and walking their 90lb dog Enzo.
