LiveWire Corporation was founded by Steven Price and the former management team of PriCellular Corporation as a platform to invest in the operation support systems industry. Livewire entities provided billing systems and Electronic Billing Presentment & Payment (EBP&P) for wireless and wireline telecom companies and electric utility and energy service companies; traffic, programming and sales management systems to the broadcast media community; and web-to-wireless data solutions for wireless carriers and corporate entities.
