Mr. Martin is currently a director of Prime Risk Partners and a board observer at GCA Services Group. He was formally a board observer at Sterling Financial Corporation. His investment experience at Thomas H. Lee Partners also includes Ceridian, Comdata, First BanCorp (Puerto Rico) and MoneyGram International.

Mr. Martin holds a B.S., with honors, from Rutgers University, an M.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
