Joshua D. Bresler

Joshua D. Bresler is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Bresler worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Investment Banking Division’s Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Bresler is currently a director of Ashling Partners, Phytech Ltd. and System One Holdings, a board observer at Guaranteed Rate and a member of the firm’s investment team on The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. His prior directorships include First BanCorp (Puerto Rico), GCA Services Group, Michael Foods, Sterling Financial Corporation, CompuCom Systems, Inc., and Systems Maintenance Services, Inc.  Other prior investment experience at THL includes FIS, Warner Music Group and Houghton Mifflin Co.

Jim Carlisle

Jason Corsello

Jason Corsello is an executive advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over fifteen years of experience in enterprise software, market research and management consulting to the firm.  In addition to his role at Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Corsello is also the Founder and General Partner for Acadian Ventures, an early stage venture fund.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Corsello was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Cornerstone On Demand [NASDAQ: CSOD], where he was responsible for driving innovation, go-to-market strategies and new corporate initiatives including guiding M&A, leading the company’s corporate venture investments and accelerator program and overseeing new product initiatives including platform, content, analytics and mobile.  Previously, Mr. Corsello served as senior vice president at the HR consulting firm Knowledge Infusion (now Appirio). Prior to his role with Knowledge Infusion, Mr. Corsello was a research director at Yankee Group, leading the company’s human capital management and talent management advisory and consulting services.

Mr. Corsello holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Conor Fernandez

Conor Fernandez is a principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Fernandez worked at Apple as a Global Supply Manager for iPad. Previously, Mr. Fernandez was with Snow Phipps Group, a New York-based private equity firm, and worked in the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Fernandez holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Michael K. Kaczmarek

Mr. Kaczmarek is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Kaczmarek is currently a director of Auction.com, AutoStore, Fortna, FourKites and Material Handling Systems, Inc.  His prior directorships include Ten-X Commercial.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mike worked as a vice president of Rockbridge Growth Equity, where he worked to source, evaluate and execute transactions and was an active portfolio company board member.  Mr. Kaczmarek also worked as an associate at Pamlico Capital where his work was focused in the business & technology services and communications industries. Prior to Pamlico Capital, Mike worked in investment banking with Wachovia Securities where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and leverage finance transactions for both public and private companies in the technology, media & telecom industries.  Mr. Kaczmarek serves on the Advisory Board for MassRobotics.

Mr. Kaczmarek holds a B.S. in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.

Ron Kyslinger

Ron Kyslinger is an executive advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings nearly thirty years of operations, manufacturing and engineering experience with a consistent record of success in all sectors of engineering and operations.  Mr. Kyslinger has provided leadership in a number of different roles including SVP and VP of engineering and operations as well as executive director, general manager of manufacturing, and global director of strategy and has demonstrated success in leading organizations to increased profitability while maintaining focus on customer expectations and quality.  Mr. Kyslinger has experience as both the customer and the supplier of automated equipment and processes and can provide insight from both perspectives.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Kyslinger was an independent industry consultant.  Prior to that, he was the SVP of fulfillment engineering and global officer of Walmart, where he implemented innovative strategies to improve efficiency in their e-commerce network and increased automation at the fulfillment centers while designing the fulfillment centers of the future for sortable, non-sortable and grocery.  Mr. Kyslinger was formerly the executive director of worldwide operations engineering, design and innovation at Amazon and vice president of operations and automation at C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Mr. Kyslinger holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Seth W. Lawry

Seth W. Lawry is an advisory partner at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Lawry worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets Departments. Mr. Lawry also worked at General Atlantic Partners, a venture capital company.

Mr. Lawry is currently a director of MoneyGram International, Inc. His prior directorships include Agencyport Software Ltd., CompuCom Systems, Inc., Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., Houghton Mifflin Company, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Safelite Glass Corp., Tucker Anthony Sutro and Warner Music Group Corp.

Gaurav Mittal

Gaurav Mittal is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Mittal leads business development related activities including sourcing strategy, market-facing relationships and development of opportunities for the Automation Fund.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Mittal was a managing director in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse in New York, where he focused on the coverage of large-cap multi-industry and industrial technology companies.  During his nearly decade long career at Credit Suisse, Mr. Mittal was involved in developing corporate relationships and executing a wide range of M&A, equity and debt offerings.

Mr. Mittal holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, India and an M.B.A. from Duke University.

Kevin Mok

Trevor Owens

Trevor Owens is a business development manager at Thomas H. Lee Partners focusing on Automation.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Owens was a marketing associate at J.P. Morgan Securities where he was responsible for the business development efforts of a private equity and venture capital coverage group.  Prior to that, Mr. Owens founded OpusVR, an SAAS platform enabling artists and art galleries to drive mobile commerce through virtual reality.

Mr. Owens holds a B.A. in Economics from Saint Michael’s College.

Dan Patt

Dr. Patt is an executive advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over fifteen years of operating and technology growth strategy experience with a proven track record of synthesizing strategic insights with results-focused execution.  Dr. Patt has provided leadership in a number of different roles including CEO, Chief Strategist, Co-Founder and Deputy Director.

In addition to his role at Thomas H. Lee Partners, Dr. Patt supports business and technology strategy for STR, an artificial intelligence and cyber security company.  Prior to that role, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Vecna Robotics, a VC-backed workflow orchestration and material movement robotics company based in Waltham, Massachusetts.  Dr. Patt also served as Deputy Director for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA) Strategic Technology Office (STO), managing nearly $500 million in annual technology investments in networking, communications, and artificial intelligence.  He oversaw and enabled the maturation of technology from conceptual and seed stage levels all the way through successful operational, financial, technology, and commercial transitions. He joined DARPA in 2012 as a program manager in the Tactical Technology Office (TTO), working primarily in autonomy and robotics.  Dr. Patt previously worked at Karem Aircraft and The Boeing Company in automated flight control, machine perception and unmanned vehicles.

Dr. Patt holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Horace H. Rackham Graduate School at the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Systems Engineering and a B.S. from the University of Michigan.

Samuel Rives

Samuel Rives is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Rives worked at Audax Private Equity in Boston, where he focused on investments in multiple industries including consumer, healthcare, and technology. At Audax, Mr. Rives developed investment theses, evaluated and executed new transactions, assisted management teams on growth initiatives, and helped manage sale and exit processes.

Mr. Rives holds a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.

Jesse Searby

Managing Director - Business Development

Mr. Searby is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Searby is responsible for Business Development, including sourcing strategy, market-facing relationships and development of Identified Sector Opportunities in the Healthcare and Technology & Business Services industry groups. In these roles, Mr. Searby brings significant technology related industry experience in the areas of consumer technology, e-commerce, software and tech-enabled business services.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Searby was a Senior Vice President in corporate development with MyWebGrocer, the only end-to-end Digital Experience Platform for leading grocers and CPG brands, where he was responsible for corporate strategy and executive oversight of capital markets activities. He also played a key role as Senior Vice President of strategic initiatives at the same company, providing management oversight of digital marketing strategy and sales. Mr. Searby previously served on the board of directors of NorthCounty Credit Union and worked in investment management at CitiGroup.

Mr. Searby holds a B.A. in History from University of Vermont.

Kearney Shanahan

Kearney Shanahan is a director of Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Shanahan is currently a director of Ashling Partners.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Shanahan was a Principal at Solamere Capital where he sourced, evaluated and executed transactions and was an active portfolio company board member. While at Solamere, he focused on healthcare, business, financial and government technology and service businesses. Prior to Solamere Capital, he worked as an Associate at Fisher Lynch Capital and a Senior Associate – Team Leader at Cambridge Associates.

Mr. Shanahan holds a B.A. in Biology from Colby College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Matthew Siatczynski

Mr. Swenson is currently a director of 8th Avenue Food & Provisions. Aidan Tracey

Aidan Tracey is an executive advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over twenty-five years of brand building, field marketing solutions and media experience with some of the largest brands in the world.  Mr. Tracey has provided leadership in a number of different roles including CEO, president and vice president & general manager, where he has a proven track record of delivering market leading results.

Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Tracey served as CEO at sgsco, a global leader in providing design to print services for global Fortune 500 companies in the CPG/Food industry.  Prior to sgsco, he was president of Acosta Mosaic Group (AMG), the marketing services division of Acosta that was created with the sale of Mosaic Sales Solutions to Acosta in 2012. While CEO of Mosaic Sales Solutions, Aidan helped grow Mosaic into a North American marketing services leader, employing over 12,000 people in field annually and pioneering many best practices in the area of experiential marketing.  He previously served as the vice president of digital media for North America at Labatt-Interbrew (now ABInBev). Prior to joining Labatt, Aidan was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.  Aidan is a regular industry speaker, participating at numerous events, including the Grocery Manufacturers Association CEO Executive Conference, The Shopper Marketing Expo, and client events.

Mr. Tracey holds a B.B.A from the Wilfrid Laurier University.

Tabish Valliani

Ben Ye

Ben Ye is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Ye worked as a vice president focused on technology investing at SoftBank in San Francisco. Previously, Mr. Ye worked in technology private equity and growth equity at Apax Partners in New York.  Mr. Ye started his career at Barclays where he was a derivatives trader and also worked in investment banking.

Mr. Ye holds a B.S.E. in financial engineering and operations research from Columbia University.
