Tom is an Advisory Partner at the firm. Since joining THL in 1998, and previously serving as a Managing Director, he has played a key role in executing investments across the Financial Services & Technology vertical. Tom currently serves as a Director for several companies, including Dayforce, Inc. and Dun & Bradstreet, and has previously served a number of other businesses in the financial, consumer and healthcare industries.

Before joining the THL team, Tom worked at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers and Acquisitions department. Outside the office, he enjoys supporting the arts, serving on the Board of Berklee College of Music.
