As an Associate in the Technology and Business Solutions vertical, Serena helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). She also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Serena worked at Bank of America as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Outside of work, she spends her time trying new restaurants, playing squash, and exploring new museums and bookstores.
