As Vice President of IT, Sal leads the IT Group to ensure optimal performance of the firm’s technology, systems and data security. He also oversees business continuity protocols and enterprise resource planning. 

Before joining the THL team, Sal worked at Eze Castle and John Hancock Financial in various IT roles. Passionate about staying up-to-date with the industry, he is certified as both a Microsoft Systems Engineer and Cisco Network Associate. He’s also a member of the National Private Equity CTO (PECTO) Group. Outside the office, Sal enjoys cooking for his family, hiking with his wife of over twenty years, coaching his son’s Little League team and spending time with his two grown children.
