As Senior Counsel, Reid is an experienced attorney who advises on legal matters affecting THL and its funds. Before joining the THL team, he was a member of the Legal Transactions group at BlackRock where he advised on strategic M&A and private equity transactions. Previously, Reid was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Davis Polk & Wardwell. 

Outside of the office, he enjoys cycling, skiing and hiking with his wife and their dog, Boomer.
