As a Human Resources Associate, Becky supports the Human Capital team by leading and executing initiatives related to HRIS, Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits and Real Estate.  She partners closely with the Finance team and other members of the Human Capital team to support the infrastructure of the firm.

Before joining the THL team, Becky held both management consulting and HR roles at Accenture. Becky is originally from Boston, and in her spare time she enjoys running, ceramics, and mentoring others.
