As a Managing Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Mike works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans (VCPs) that improve operations and accelerate growth. He has over 25 years of global experience in finance, operations, and mergers & acquisitions, including significant experience operating in a private equity-backed environment.

Before joining the THL team, Mike served as CFO and COO at Adare Pharma Solutions. Prior to this role, Mike served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Commercial Division at Syneos Health, where he was responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the division, as well as the oversight and delivery of the core strategies and commitments to key stakeholders.

On the weekends, Mike can be found on the sidelines supporting his kids’ sports teams or in the kitchen cooking for his family. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three teenagers.
