As an Executive Partner in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Mike partners with the investment team to source and diligence deals. He also partners with management teams and the Strategic Resource Group to develop value creation plans and serves as an advisor to senior management on key strategic and operating decisions.  Mike has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions—specializing in SaaS leadership, growth and innovation.

In addition to his role at THL, Mike is the co-founder of Pimly. Previously, Mike was an independent industry consultant focusing on the future of Customer Service and Customer Success. Prior to that, he was the GTM (Sales, Service and Marketing) President of Salsify and worked at Salesforce for 15 years. Mike was on the founding team for the Service Cloud, led the Service Cloud as the GM/SVP and Exec Sponsored the launch of Salesforce Field Service. As a Chief Customer Officer he worked with some of the largest SaaS customers to drive international growth and innovation.
