As a Managing Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Mike works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He is also a Director for a number of healthcare companies, including Autism Home Care Holdings, IMO Health, Senior Home Care and Hospice Care. Bringing extensive experience as a former CEO, Mike is uniquely positioned to support leaders in ongoing management challenges in a private equity environment.

Before joining the THL team, Mike served as Chairman and CEO of inVentiv Health and as Senior Executive Vice President at John Hancock Financial Services, reporting to the Chairman and CEO.  He co-founded Monitor Group and was a Managing Partner and Founder of Monitor Clipper Partners. In his spare time, Mike has been actively involved in healthcare delivery and research at Mass General Brigham in Boston for over 25 years. He lives in Boston with his wife.
