As a Managing Director in the Healthcare vertical, Megan manages a large and diverse portfolio and collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group to drive the firm’s portfolio companies through the next phase of growth. She also contributes thought leadership to THL’s Identified Sector Opportunity (ISO) platform and fosters a thriving culture through professional development. Megan is a Director for seven healthcare organizations, including Adare Pharma Solutions, Agiliti, Ingenovis, Senior Home Care Holdings and Smile Doctors. Her prior directorships include CSafe Global and Intermedix Corporation.

Before joining the THL team, Megan worked at Credit Suisse in the Media and Telecommunications Group. In her free time, she volunteers as the Treasurer for a network of charter schools. Megan also enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband and two children.
