As a Human Capital Operations Manager, Mary supports the Human Capital team by leading and executing initiatives related to the Associate Program, Compensation, Performance Management and Professional Development.  She partners closely with other members of the Human Capital team to ensure development and growth of all employees.

Before joining the THL team, Mary held both operations and HR roles at ghSMART and Korn Ferry. Outside of the office, Mary enjoys reading, competitive jigsaw puzzling, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
