As a Managing Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Mark works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans (VCPs) that improve operations and accelerate growth. Mark and his team have helped transform the legacy system environments at many of our firms to modern cloud-based architectures, which results in more secure, dynamic, agile solutions with lower total operations costs and the ability to quickly meet customer demands. Bringing extensive experience in software investing, he is uniquely positioned to support businesses in this area.
Before joining the THL team, Mark held leadership roles at several companies, including Warner Music Group, where he served as senior vice president and Global co-CIO. He worked at Merck & Co as a senior director and in a leadership position at J.P. Morgan. In his spare time, he enjoys taking action photos by camera or drone, driving around racetracks and walking on the beach with his family.
