As a Principal in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Loren drives the development of THL’s Data & Analytics capability, partnering closely with portfolio company management and investment teams to unlock scalable, insight-driven value creation. Working across the firm, he cultivates key third-party relationships and collaborates with THL’s technology team to design efficient data architectures that enable automated, repeatable analytics at scale.

Before joining the THL team, Loren served in senior leadership roles at multiple technology startups, including Lumo, D34ME, and Dillygence. Earlier in his career, he worked in operations consulting at Analytics Operations Engineering and as a data analyst in the United States Air Force. Outside the office, Loren enjoys reading, hiking, and international travel.
