As a Human Capital Business Partner, Kim supports the Human Resources Group and fosters a positive company culture by developing and implementing the firm’s HR strategy, including recruitment, development and retention. She also collaborates with senior management to shape the future of THL through employee coaching and professional development. Passionate about making an impact, Kim is a member of THL’s DEI Leadership Committee.
Before joining the THL team, Kim held various roles in employee career development at Foley Hoag LLP, Shearman & Sterling LLP and Morgan Stanley. Outside the office, she is an active member of both the Private Equity Human Resources Network (PEHRN) and Boston Private Equity Human Resource Group (PEHRG). Kim also enjoys tackling home improvement projects, running and spending time with her husband and two sons.
