As Managing Director in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Josh manages a large, diverse portfolio and works closely with the Strategic Resource Group to drive growth for the firm’s portfolio companies. He also contributes thought leadership to THL’s Identified Sector Opportunity (ISO) platform and fosters a thriving culture through mentorship and professional development. Josh is a Director for Ashling Partners and Phytech, a Board Observer for Guaranteed Rate and a member of the investment team for Dun & Bradstreet. His prior directorships include System One Holdings, First BanCorp (Puerto Rico), GCA Services Group, Michael Foods, Sterling Financial Corporation, CompuCom Systems, Inc., and Systems Maintenance Services, Inc.  Other prior investment experience at THL includes FIS, Warner Music Group and Houghton Mifflin Co. Passionate about giving back, he sits on the Board for THL’s Charitable Foundation.

Before joining the THL team, Josh worked at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group. In his spare time, he is a member of the Concussion Legacy Foundation’s Boston advisory board, Treasurer of the Charlestown Nursery School and the President of Charlestown Little League.  Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, who is an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and their five children.
