As Managing Director in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Josh manages a large, diverse portfolio and works closely with the Strategic Resource Group to drive growth for the firm’s portfolio companies. He also contributes thought leadership to THL’s Identified Sector Opportunity (ISO) platform and fosters a thriving culture through mentorship and professional development. Josh is a Director for AMI, Ashling Partners and Phytech, and a member of the investment team for Dun & Bradstreet and Guaranteed Rate. His prior directorships include System One Holdings, First BanCorp (Puerto Rico), GCA Services Group, Michael Foods, Sterling Financial Corporation, CompuCom Systems, Inc., and Systems Maintenance Services, Inc.  Other prior investment experience at THL includes FIS, Warner Music Group and Houghton Mifflin Co. Passionate about giving back, he sits on the Board for THL’s Charitable Foundation.

Before joining the THL team, Josh worked at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group. In his spare time, he serves on the Concussion Legacy Foundation’s Boston Advisory Board, is a Board Member Emeritus of the Charlestown Nursery School, and sits on the board of the Charlestown Little League.  Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, who serves as the First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, and their five children.
