As a Managing Director and General Counsel, Jon oversees the firm’s legal team and advises on transactions, portfolio company matters, regulatory issues and risk management.

Before joining THL, Jon served as General Counsel at Callodine Capital Management, where he led the firm’s legal and compliance functions and advised on strategic transactions, private fund formation and regulatory matters. Earlier in his career, he held senior legal roles at Highfields Capital Management and practiced corporate and securities law at K&L Gates LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP.  In his spare time, he enjoys racquet sports, fishing, golf and spending time outside with his wife and two sons.
