As Chief Financial Officer, Jeff leads the firm’s Finance function and the team in collectively providing accounting and reporting for investors, tax strategy and compliance, FP&A, finance systems and treasury services. He partners with senior management and operational leaders to identify and manage business opportunities and risks.  Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Financial Planner.

Before joining the THL team, Jeff worked at Sterling Partners in both Chicago and Baltimore in various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. He also spent time at Grotech Capital Group and Ernst & Young. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and an occasional ping-pong or pickleball match.
