As a Vice President in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Jasper works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He brings over 10 years of operations and consulting experience to the team.

Before joining the THL team, Jasper served as Chief Operating Officer at Optima Dermatology.  He previously was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company. Outside the office, he enjoys reading, playing golf, traveling and trying new restaurants in Boston with his fiancée.
