As an Associate in the Technology and Business Solutions vertical, Grey helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Grey worked at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant in the Private Equity Group. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and tennis, and heading out of the city to ski, fish, or hike. A Boston native, he never misses a Patriots game – and is still on the hunt for the city’s best breakfast sandwich.
