As a Managing Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Gazal works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. She is the SRG lead for the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, bringing operational perspective in diligence and coordinating value creation efforts, with a specialty in go-to-market and leading project management offices. Gazal is also a Director at inriver. 

Before joining the THL team, Gazal held operations roles where she led business transformation and change management roles for several client companies during her time at Genpact LLC. Passionate about learning new skills, she is a certified Project Management Professional, Financial Risk Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt—mastering strategies for improving customer satisfaction alongside business productivity. In her spare time, Gazal enjoys reading fiction, baking and traveling to new places. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and child.
