As a Senior Associate in the Healthcare vertical, Ethan helps the team review and analyze potential investment opportunities and present recommendations. He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth, primarily for Smile Doctors and CSafe.

Before joining the THL team, Ethan worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group. Outside the office, Ethan enjoys golfing and skiing, as well as cheering on the New Orleans Saints and playing with his Australian Goldendoodle, named Rüfüs.
