As a Vice President in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Dan works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He brings over 10 years of strategy, operations and consulting experience to the team.

Before joining the THL team, Dan held several leadership roles at Wayfair, including head of Global Revenue Operations, B2B sales team leader, and general manager of the interior designer customer vertical. Prior to Wayfair, Dan worked as a management consultant specializing in growth strategy for manufacturing and retail businesses. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking, golf, and exploring new restaurants. Dan lives outside of Boston with his wife and two children.
