As a Recruiter, Cici leads a range of talent acquisition initiatives across the firm, with a focus on internal hiring. She partners closely with internal teams and candidates to enhance recruiting processes, while supporting internship programming and external recruiting initiatives.

Before joining the THL team, Cici worked in early career talent recruiting at PTC. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active outdoors through running, walking, and workout classes, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants.
