As a Senior Associate in the Healthcare vertical, Caroline helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). She also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, Caroline worked at Cadre, where she led the strategic finance team. Previously, she worked at Bank of America in the Leveraged Finance group. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading historical fiction, and trying new recipes.
