As a Vice President of the Strategic Resource Group (SRG) and Head of Sustainability, Brett is responsible for leading THL’s comprehensive sustainability efforts at both the firm level and across the portfolio.

Before joining the THL team, Brett spent a dozen years at MSCI in client-facing roles to grow their sustainability and climate investing research business. Most recently as Executive Director, he led a team of sustainability and climate specialists focused on informing investment strategy for many of the leading asset managers in the US. He sees sustainability as an imperative for business to monitor risk and create long-term value. Outside of the office, Brett enjoys cycling, travel with his family, and climbing the stairs at the Harvard Stadium.
