As a Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Bob works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He brings over 30 years of operations, technology and product experience to the team.

Before joining the THL team, Bob served as Chief Operating Officer at GrowthZone, where he was responsible for Technology, Support, and Services. Prior to that, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Product Leader at Centerbase, Chief Operating Officer and EVP of Technology at Curantis Solutions, and Chief Operating Officer/Group Vice President at Blackhawk Network Engagement Solutions.

Outside the office, Bob enjoys cooking, family vacations near the water, racquet sports, and cheering on his young adult children with his wife.
