As a Vice President in the Healthcare vertical, Andrew leads subsector sourcing efforts, drives company diligence and presents opportunities to the team. He partners with the Strategic Resource Group to support initiatives across the firm’s existing portfolio companies, including strategy assessments and developing mechanisms to measure and track performance. Andrew is also a Director for IMO Health.

Before joining the THL team, Andrew worked at UBS Investment Bank as an Analyst in the Healthcare Group and volunteered at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley as a member of the Private Equity/Venture Capital Associate Council. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys fly fishing, sailing and cooking for his friends and family.
