As a Vice President of Talent in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Abigail works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to help assess, recruit and hire executive talent to support THL’s Value Creation Plans in improving operations and accelerating growth. Bringing extensive experience in human capital and organizational scaling, she is uniquely positioned to support businesses in this area.

Before joining the THL team, Abigail was a Principal at The Bowdoin Group, and served as an Executive Recruiter at Perspective Group and Russell Reynolds Associates. Her early career was spent in women’s health think tanks at The Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and Health Leads, a nonprofit focused on social determinants of health. Outside the office, Abigail lives on her cottage lavender farm with her husband, two kids, and a wayward Australian Cattle Dog.
