As a Vice President in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Pat works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He brings over 10 years of strategy and operations experience to the team.

Before joining the THL team, Pat held leadership and business transformation roles at several companies, including Novvia Group and Saxco International. Earlier in his career, he served as a captain in the United States Army. Outside the office, he spends his time staying active and travelling with his fiancé.
