As an Executive Partner to the Healthcare vertical, Tom works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), including Healthcare IT (HCIT). He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions.  Over his 30+ years of experience, he has focused on helping medical device, med-tech service and healthcare technology companies return to long-term, profitable growth.

Prior to partnering with the THL team, Tom served as the Chief Executive Officer for Agiliti, a THL portfolio company.  He has previously held executive management positions at CareFusion, Cardinal Health and McKesson.  Tom began his professional career as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy.  When he is not working, Tom can typically be found aboard his boat with his family – fishing, scuba diving and navigating the Pacific Southwest, the Baja Peninsula, and more recently the Southeastern U.S. and Bahamas.
