As a Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Sri works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. Sri is a seasoned IT executive and consulting leader with more than two decades of leadership experience driving large-scale ERP, CRM, and digital transformations. He is also a hands-on leader experienced in realigning IT organizations to drive lean, agile, and cost-efficient operations.

Before joining the THL team, Sri worked at HCL Tech as Vice President, where he was accountable for the delivery and transformation of a large portfolio of 50.  He previously held roles at Cagemini, Atos and Nestle. Outside the office, he loves traveling, experimenting with cooking and being curious.
