As an Associate in the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Simran helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations. She also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth. Simran serves on the Board of the Synergist Network, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting women in the first decade of their investing careers and providing them with the infrastructure, network, and business acumen critical for long-term success.

Before joining the THL team, Simran worked at Harris Williams as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Group. In her spare time, she enjoys reading novels, exercising and trying new restaurants.
