As an Executive Partner to the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Simon works with the investment team to source and diligence deals in Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), including Front Office Application Software. He also collaborates with both the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio management teams to develop Value Creation Plans and advise leadership on key strategic and operating decisions. Simon currently serves as a Director of MicroVision. He has over 20 years of experience, specializing in value creation and building teams while promoting a leadership style that is inclusive, collaborative and purpose driven.

Before partnering with the THL team, Simon served as CEO to MobileIron, where, under his leadership, the company became a multi-product endpoint leader and navigated complex transitions to cloud-based deployment technology and subscription revenue models. He has also held several other senior executive roles, including CEO of QLogic and CFO of Mindspeed Technologies.
