As an Associate in the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Reshmi helps the team review and analyze prospective investment opportunities and present recommendations. She also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth. Passionate about making a difference, Reshmi is a member of THL’s Social Impact Committee.

Before joining the THL team, Reshmi worked at Citigroup as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Chemicals Group. On the weekends, she enjoys going to Pilates to practice her 100, experimenting with interior design and trying new cuisines.
