As a Vice President in the Healthcare vertical, Mac builds relationships with management, develops investment theses and manages internal and external due diligence, focusing on the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs). He also collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth.

Before joining the THL team, he worked at Blackstone in New York as a Senior Associate on the infrastructure private equity team. Previously, he worked at Madison Dearborn in Chicago as a private equity associate and began his career at PJT Partners as an investment banking analyst. Outside the office, Mac is an avid baseball fan who enjoys playing golf and exploring Boston’s food scene.
