As an Executive Partner, Jill works with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to support THL’s Value Creation Plans in improving operations and accelerating growth. Bringing extensive experience in human capital and organizational scaling, she is uniquely positioned to support businesses in this area.

Before joining the THL team, Jill held leadership roles in Human Resources at several companies, including Broad Institute, Cambridge Associates and Monitor Group. Outside the office, she is a diehard college basketball fan who also enjoys traveling. She lives outside of Boston with her husband and has two children who are in college.
