As a Business Development Manager in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Elle executes top-of-funnel tasks—working with the deal team to find interesting businesses within the firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), building relationships with those businesses and attending industry conferences.

Before joining the THL team, Elle worked at Robert W. Baird as an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology & Services vertical. In her free time, Elle enjoys golf, reading, learning new card games and playing with her Mini Goldendoodle Charlie.
