As a Senior Associate in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Eliza contributes to the analysis and review of potential investment opportunities and presents recommendations. She collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth. 

Before joining the THL team, Eliza worked at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst. She is an Executive Board Member for Boston Women in Private Equity. In her spare time, Eliza enjoys boating on Cape Cod, NYTimes crossword puzzles and rooting for the New England Patriots.
