As a Senior Associate in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Dylan contributes to the analysis and review of potential investment opportunities and presents recommendations. He collaborates with the Strategic Resource Group and portfolio company management to support existing investments through the next phase of growth. 

Before joining the THL team, Dylan worked at Citi as an Investment Banking Analyst. He serves as an observer to the THL Charitable Fund Board and on the Social Venture Partners Lead Partner Advisory Board, where he is the Taskforce Chair. Passionate about giving back, Dylan volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and two startups, and also serves as an SEO AIFP Mentor. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys cheering on the San Antonio Spurs, skiing and watching bad romantic comedies.
