As a Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Bryan works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He is also a Director of 8th Avenue Food & Provisions. With extensive experience in expanding offerings, Bryan is uniquely positioned to support businesses in this area. 

Before joining the THL team, Bryan held operations leadership roles at several companies including Wayfair, McKinsey & Company and nLIGHT. Outside the office, he enjoys being near the ocean, cheering on Boston sports teams and spending time with his wife and two sons.
