As a Manager in Procurement & Cross Portfolio Initiatives in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Ashley works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm’s investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. With a specialty in expanding offerings, she helps identify and execute against procurement savings opportunities. 

Before joining the THL team, Ashley held several roles at Wayfair, including Supply Chain Strategy Manager. In her spare time, she likes to read, study languages and travel.
