As a Human Resources Specialist, Ainsley maintains both current and historical employee data and manages THL’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). She is also the onboarding and orientation lead for all new employees. Additionally, Ainsley creates and analyzes various employee engagement surveys to elicit feedback regarding company practices, policies and culture. 

Before joining the THL team, she held various roles at Northern Pines Capital and Eaton Vance. Ainsley stays involved with the HR community as a member of both the Private Equity Human Resources Network (PEHRN) and Boston Private Equity Human Resources Group (PEHRG). Outside the office, she enjoys unwinding with friends at concerts, spending time with family at the beach and watching true crime documentaries.
