ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG is a producer and broadcaster of television programs through four wholly-owned German language television channels: the full service entertainment channels Sat.1, ProSieben and Kabel 1, and the 24-hour news channel N24. The Company also owns 9Live, Germany's first quiz channel, through its 2005 acquisition of Euvia Media. ProSiebenSat.1 was sold to Permira.
