Marshall Lux

Executive Advisor

Mr. Lux is an executive advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners.  He brings over thirty years of finance, risk management and operating experience to the firm.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Lux was a senior partner and managing director at the Boston Consulting Group, where he remains a Senior Advisor.  Mr. Lux led BCG's private equity practice in the Americas and was involved in most sizable private equity transactions and due diligence and portfolio work across a broad range of industries.  Before joining BCG, Mr. Lux served as chief risk officer for JPMorgan Chase Consumer Products globally and as a director for McKinsey & Company.
 
Mr. Lux is currently a senior fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard's Kennedy School, and a senior fellow at both The Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and The Program on International Financial Systems at the Harvard Law School.
 
Mr. Lux holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
